Understanding the problem
Businesses with field teams manage scheduling, hours, estimates, projects, and billing across different tools. When those tools don't connect, work gets missed, and people enter the same data more than once. Billing is tricky too. Some projects have a fixed price, and others are billed by the hours and materials used. The two work differently, and doing the math by hand is slow and easy to get wrong.
